AI USE POLICY

In Our Sessions

AI is never used in therapy sessions. The work we do together happens between two people — full stop. No session content is processed, recorded, or analyzed by any AI tool.

Your Data And Confidentiality

Your personal information, session notes, and anything you share with me is held in strict confidence in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable privacy legislation. This information is never shared with, inputted into, or used to train any AI system.

Administrative And Communications Use

Like many practitioners, I occasionally use AI tools to support behind-the-scenes tasks such as:

  • Drafting general communications

  • Website content

  • Or administrative writing.

  • When I do, no client-identifying information is ever included.

AI and Mental Health: What You Should Know

AI tools — however sophisticated — are not equipped to provide therapy, hold therapeutic space, or respond to crisis situations. If you are ever in distress, please reach out to me directly or contact a crisis support line. I am a real person, and I am here.

Our work together is rooted in human connection, deep listening, and the kind of wisdom that can only emerge through real conversation. Therapy is not a process that can be automated or optimised — it lives in the pauses, the breakthroughs, and the slow unfolding of genuine trust between two people.

For me, that human presence is everything — it's the whole point. Where technology helps with the day-to-day of running a practice, that's exactly where it stays. The relationship, the process, and the space we share together remain entirely, and always, human.
